The client had spent more than 20 years continuously expanding its treasury and banking platform. Over time, the system became functionally rich but difficult to maintain, scale, and use. They approached us to modernize the product while preserving its reliability and deep treasury functionality.

We rebuilt the platform as a cloud-based solution with a modern technology stack and redesigned UX/UI. The new system was designed to centralize and simplify treasury and banking operations, giving users a more modern and accessible way to manage payments, workflows, integrations, and financial data within a single platform. To make complex financial workflows smarter and more efficient, we incorporated AI-powered features for payment validation and anomaly detection, built on Claude. This, combined with a stronger foundation for future expansion and integrations, positions the platform for ongoing product development.
