Smart Social Media Automation

Smart Social Media Automation

Challenge

The agency's marketing team ran social media in-house, but every post started from a blank page - coming up with an idea, writing the caption, and creating a visual, all done manually before anything even reached review. That process didn't hold up against a busy project calendar: ideation dried up in heavier weeks and posting turned reactive instead of planned. Each step of the process also lived in a different tool, with nothing connecting idea to published post.

Solution

We built an AI-assisted content pipeline trained on the team's previous posts and tone of voice, so it generates post ideas on a rolling basis instead of the team starting from a blank page. For each idea, it drafts the caption and suggests accompanying visuals, giving the team a complete draft to work from rather than just text. The marketing team can edit or regenerate any part before approving. Once approved, the post is scheduled and published automatically to Instagram and LinkedIn at times tuned to when each platform's audience is most active. Performance data from published posts feeds back into the system, so it keeps leaning into what's actually working.

Outcomes

The marketing team moved from producing content reactively, squeezed into gaps between projects, to running a steady, planned content calendar without adding headcount. Their day-to-day shifted from creating posts to reviewing and approving them, freeing up time for higher-value marketing work.
